RGC Power Group provides Construction Management Services by assisting the client in Transmission, Distribution, Substation & Underground Inspecting & Oversight. We also provide professional construction management support such as defining the responsibilities and managing the construction team, developing communication protocols, and identifying elements of projects likely to cause disputes and claims.
Our team ensures the constructed product meets approved design engineering specifications and drawings, in accordance with the project plan.
